Pros:
The different kind of timeline seems to be allot easier to view the Plurks from other users then the veridical Twitter and everyone other site similar to Plurks main idea. Karma is also a insisting way to get users to be more active and has a certain appeal to it. And last of course the graph comparing. You can search as many terms as you like and it compares them in a graph showing how many people are Plurking this word or phrase.
Noes:
Karma is up and down you can't just take a break without screwing your Karma. They also aren't as big of a network therefore are not as active so you can't get as much information out of it.
