Buzz button:
Pros:
This button has three nifty options. The first is a button that simply says Buzz, the second has a counter and the word buzz the third allows you to simply add the link Buzz, you can also choose if you want the buzz count on the top or side. If you want to you can insert a certain picture or URL to post when the user hits the Buzz button.
Noes:
It isn't a very flashing button it could use Java and HTML5 and the way it is designed makes it seem like it would be a very flashy button and it doesn't embed into post such as this one very well.
Shout button:
Pros:
It is a very small out of the way button that will make it easy to add to any site or post. It also takes you to a URL on Shoutitout allowing you to add other things to the Shout such as a photo, and the link will be posted as a link attached to the Shout not inside the Shout.
Noes:
The button is extremely small so sometimes is hard to find. It also is non customizable (els you know code) or use the tutorial on there API tutorial site. It offers no count to show how many times something has been Shouted.

Tweet button:
Pros:
The button is a fancy button unlike the other to with Java thrown in. The code is only one line, Shoutitout and Google buzz's are around a paragraph. It opens a new window with a tweet box added on telling you what URL you are sharing and allowing you to (if you want) change the tweet or add to it you can also login and out on this same page.
Noes:
There aren't many knows, it translates into very few languages (unlike Buzz and not yet but soon to be Shoutitout) and you cannot edit it as easily by yourself as the other two. Its also going to kill the ever so popular Tweetmeme.
