Brightkite is running extremly slow at the moment. It takes about a minute to load the homepage and just as long to change pages on the site. Brightkite has confirmed that they are aware of the issues on Twitter and on there status blog on Tumblr they have reported they have isolated the issue and are working on resolving it. We aren't sure how long the site has been having these issues but they confirmed they were aware of them about 3 hours ago (According to tumblr) so they are long lasting issues. They should be resolved with in the next 2 hours by our estimates.
