Twitter has allowed you to post your city and state as a location attachment to your tweet, for example, San Fransisco, CA. Unlike Foursquare were you checkin to a certain place for example Starbucks. Well, know Twitter is getting a little bit more like Foursquare. You still posts what city your in but you also can posts a certain place. The have also added this to there
applications, at lest there iPhone application as shown in this picture. The app also comes with Foursquare and Gowalla integration according to Twitters blog post about it, Foursquare and Gowalla have been overing Twitter integration for a long time. Now you can post your location threw Twitter and not Foursquare or Gowalla. This feature will be released to the API so apps like Seesmic and Tweetdeck can integrate it into there applications that connect to Twitter. You also could only add your location on Chrome and Firefox well you can know add it on other browsers such as Safari and Internet Explorer. Allot of locations haven't been added only popular ones but we think they will roll out more depending on how well this new feature does.
